Shipping policy

Every piece in the shop is made by hand here in Michigan, so shipping follows the studio's rhythm.

Ready-to-ship orders go out every Friday. If your order arrives after Friday's packing, it ships the following Friday. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Custom commissions ship the day they're finished. Timelines vary with the stone and the design, and we'll keep you posted along the way.

Where we ship: Within the United States. All orders ship via USPS or another trusted carrier, and rates are calculated at checkout.

Bracelets arrive unbent. This is on purpose, so you can gently shape it to your own wrist. Care and shaping instructions are included with every bracelet.

If something goes wrong: Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's care, but we're not going to leave you stranded. If your tracking stalls or your piece arrives damaged, email us and we'll sort it out together.
